Description

'The Circus Comes To Town'/'Here Comes Jeremy' 7" Emidisc acetate.

The titles say it all really. Rather nice 2-sider featuring a brace of unissued pop-sike charmers - I've no evidence John Pantry is around but both cuts are very much in the vein of Peter & The Wolves/The Factory circa 'Red Chalk Hill'.. Just piano & vocals, suggesting publisher's demo takes but still highly enchanting. Both sides play great with a hint of crackle, no jumps - and beautifully clean Emidisc labels, most remarkable given the record's vintage - guesswork here but I'd date it between 1967-8. Any questions, do write. Payment via Paypal within 5 days of auction end please. More pop/psych/freakbeat/garage items coming very soon.
