Description
On offer is a 2-sided Emidisc acetate with a pair of cool freakbeat/R&B outings which, to the best of my knowledge, remain unreleased. I'd date the record 1965-66; these are obviously demo takes, just vocals, guitar & Farfisa organ, but very groovy nonetheless. Both sides play great with no jumps or sticks, just the hint of crackle you'd expect from an acetate of this vintage. As you can see, for some reason the artist's name has been scratched out of the label, only adding to the mystery of this curious little disc. The yellowing in the photographs is down to crap lighting in my kitchen & doesn't reflect the true colour; the labels are a healthy grey with no adhesive staining. Excellent nick, overall. With acetates, being unable to provide a soundfile I run a unique service - if you don't like it, you have the option to return the record within 7 days followed by a full refund including postage costs. Can't say fairer than that, what? Any questions, do write. Payment via Paypal within 5 days of auction end please. More psych/freakbeat/garage items coming very soon.
