Here is total classic and an essential part of any UK freakbeat/mod collection!

The Artwoods were one of those bands that seemed to be everywhere in the sixties, but amazingly never managed to score a hit single. That is certainly not a reflection on the quality of their recordings, which were always nothing less than terrific. This is one of the more sought after of their releases, probably due to the stinging fuzz lead guitar, and was their last record for Decca.

Although it pains me to mention it (their music is achievement enough, in my opinion), it is probably worth noting that of the band, Keef Hartley went on to John Mayall, and solo infamy, Jon Lord went on to play with Deep Purple, and Art Wood was the elder brother of Ron Wood, of the Birds, Creation and Rolling Stones.

This is a great chance to get a nice copy of a hard to find, dancefloor filling fuzz monster! Don't miss out. This copy is a nice vg/vg+, and plays great!
