Simple grading can be misleading, so please read the full description of condition which I hope will be helpful.
Condition: The records are each housed in a front laminated single sleeve with flipbacks. Both have shelf wear and age-related discolouration to the unlaminated rear. Also both have damage to the bottom edge - one has areas of rubbing and a 1" seam split at the outer edge. The second has a longer seam split repaired using sticky tape which has turned yellow and brittle. Both spines are intact, strong and fully legible. Records are in original poly lined inners.
The vinyl has a few light scrapes but no significant scratches. Labels are clean with a few but not too many spindle marks. These are very early pressings - 3 sides have 1G (first mother/stamper) identifiers, one side has 1R (first mother /second stamper).
Record one plays excellent. Record two does have some background crackle, particularly in quieter passages.
(As with many records of this age, it might benefit from cleaning on professional grade equipment.)
Overall, this is a nice playing copy of a very rare set in shabby sleeves. I am not a dealer, but would guess that this might be graded as VG- / G sleeves, VG+ / VG vinyl (per RC guidelines)
