ASD 422 - Kubelik conducts Borodin - RARE Orig.

Description

Lovely copy of this rare 1961 release on HMV Records (ASD 422) with its original gold and cream label design. Rafael Kubelik conducts the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra in an all Borodin programme consisting of  Symphony No. 2 in B minor and the Polovtsian Dances from Prince Igor.

Condition is excellent.  The sleeve is "factory fresh" except for a tiny dent at the bottom left corner.  There are no tears or seam splits and the spine is just about perfect.

The vinyl is in excellent condition.  It is clean and glossy with no scratches, scuffs or abrasions.  Playback  is nice and quiet with very light surface noise but no pops, clicks or crackles and no skips or jumps.

By and large this is just about as good a copy of this rare record as you are likely to find.
