A very rare ep out of York St Sydney on the red and white Bell label. The material is a mix of hillbilly, country and boogie. Ashcroft is the singer and the band is a pot- pourri of well known jazzmen of the time –eg John Sangster on drums, Johnny Weine on guitar, Grahame Bell on piano etc. There was a piece out of the cover about ½ inch wide along some of the mouth. I don’t know if I’d do it now but years ago I inserted some black cardboard to make a straight edge. Radical surgery but I felt anything had to be an improvement on the way it was. (see scan) On the reverse, the times of each track have been printed. Still- the vinyl retains it’s shine and the labels are clean and tidy. Rarely seen and surprisingly good.

EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras may show slight signs of usage.
VERY GOOD: Played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras may show some amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: Showing considerable wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. Cover, label, extras may also display considerable deterioration.
FAIR: Sound quality may have deteriorated. Cover, label, extras may also display significant wear and tear.
