Asia Carrera - Music From Apassionata LATHE CUT 12" LP [#75/80] (Electric Bible Records EBR003)
EDITION OF 80 Handcut Copies Only!!
An odd choice for a lathe cut disc cut by Peter King at King Worldwide in New Zealand, this is American adult film actress Asia Carrera performing her own piano music for her own porn film "Apassionata", it is "Music From Apassionata". The 12" hand cut record was done in a tiny edition of 50 by Electric Bible Records out of Los Angeles and is rare as can be. The second side of the record contains an interview with Asia Carrera.PLEASE NOTE: Hand cut lathe records are not like factory pressed records, they are fully (and only) compatible with standard turntables and are records, of course, but they are individually lathed one at a time. They are also pretty much NEVER free of surface noise, pops, clicks, etc. So please, if you bid, understand that a lathe cut record played for the first time Will Have Surface Noise. I never grade lathe discs as MINT because MINT to me means something specific to a factory pressed vinyl LP in pristine condition. But I will grade lathe discs based on where they are based on other new or used lathe records. So a MINT- would be about the best one could expect for a lathe and VG to VG+ is, on the whole, pretty excellent for a lathe disc.
LP is MINT- (please be aware that because they are hand cut by Peter King, lathe cut discs always have some surface noise due to the more primitive process of making the tiny editions when compared to factory mastered and pressed vinyl)/Cover is MINT-.

Asia Carrera Lemmon (born Jessica Steinhauser, August 6, 1973) is an American former pornographic actress.
Carrera's adult film career ran from 1993 to 2003 and included over 400 films and video features.[14] According to interviews, she chose her stage name surname from actress Tia Carrere, changing the spelling for legal reasons.
