Thanks for your business and support of vinyl record collecting. DOMESTIC SHIPPING - All records are mailed media rate and insured within the USPS. The pictures and description should be enough to let you know what you are getting. Occasionally a record might look great, but not sound great. If this is the case, or if I have misrepresented the record and/or cover in any way, I will issue a full refund plus return shipping cost upon return of the record. IF/WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, THE BUYER MUST INCLUDE DELIVERY OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If, however, I cannot verify your claim, I will only refund the original cost and initial shipping charges, but not the return shipping. Also, the record and cover must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. If any type of damage, regardless of how small, occurs before the record is returned, there will be no refund of any kind. Please keep the packaging until you have examined and listened to the record. This is the only return policy. There will be no partial refunds while still keeping the record.
