“WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS,

  YOU PAINT THAT SHIT GOLD"

    (10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY)

2008 ALBUM FROM MINNEAPOLIS' FINEST.  Once again Ant handles the beats while Slug drops his signature story telling raps  all over When Life Gives You Lemons, but by this point they've pretty much mastered their craft.  This is the album that blew them up from the underground, the first to break the top 10 on Billboard  as well as the highest charting of the entire Rhymesayers catalog. That said, If you're a long time fan,  you probably already own this (but maybe not on gold vinyl?),  but for newcomers, this is a great album to start with.  Comes with 20 page lyric booklet, digital download including tons of extras, and lemon scented labels.
  • gold colored double vinyl pressing
  • includes 20 page lyric booklet
  • lemon-scented center labels
  • includes digital download for entire album plus over an hour of live footage + extras
  • music label: Rhymesayers 2018
  • Tracklisting:  01: Like the Rest of Us 02: Puppets 03: The Skinny 04: Dreamer 05: Shoulda Known 06: You 07: Painting 08: Your Glasshouse 09: Yesterday  10: Guarantees 11: Me 12: Wild Wild Horses 13: Can’t Break 14: The Waitress 15: In Her Music Box 16: Keyboard (Bonus Track) 17: Vanity Sick (Bonus Track)
