ATOMIC ROOSTER - Atomic Rooster LP (UK B&C CAS 1010, 1970)
Mega rare (especially in that NEAR MINT condition) 1970 UK earliest 1st Press (on ORIGINAL "ROUGH MATT/TEXTURED" labels with the EARLIEST A 2 / B 2 matrixes) of fantastic debut album from UK prog-band with Vincent Crane on Hammond organ and piano, Nick Graham on bass, vocals & flute and Carl Palmer on drums!
This is an earliest version/mix - from March 1970 - with Nick Graham's vocals (and flute parts) on all tracks. A few months later the 2nd UK 1970 pressing was made (with smoother - NOT roughly matted labels) - with newly re-recorded version of 3 tracks - with John Cann on vocals and electric guitar INSTEAD of Nick Graham (who was gone to Skin Alley). I repeat: this is the earliest and by far the rarest version of this fantastic title!!!
Cover: MINT Yes, full MINT! Very fragile, original Ernest J. Day matt cover is in top MINT condition. This is probably THE best cover on the planet Earth! Even the matt, green back is UNTOUCHED! NO creases; NO wrinkles; NO ringwears; NO spinewears; NO edgewears (even NOT a dot of that...); NO dirt; NO hidden flaws. STRONG MINT - like straight from pressing plant! Original MINT inner sleeve with blue "UK Patent" credits is available!
Record: MINT(-) The vinyl itself looks like being MINT UNPLAYED! Absolutely NO sign of any mark or hairline!!! The vinyl does have a full, deep shine and plays from MINT to EXCELLENT+ because those B&C pressings (with late 60's rough matt labels) were not the best of all. Anyway, TOP COPY possible!

You can bid with confidence – check my feedback, please. My grading system is very strict – with very slight difference between M and EX. As a collector too I perfectly know, what does it mean to buy an overgraded record!!!
All my records (including 7-inches) were cleaned on Clearaudio Matrix machine and are ready to listen – without any disturbing noises or crackles caused by dirt.
