CHARISMA SCROLL LABEL 1971 ORIGINAL FIRST UK PRESSING WITH E J DAY GATEFOLD SLEEVE & RARE LYRIC INNER SLEEVE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.

Released in 1971 on the CHARISMA scroll label, I am offering today this original first UK pressing of this classic album by AUDIENCE which is titled "THE HOUSE ON THE HILL". So hard to find on the scroll label. The vinyl shows some light scuffs but these are cosmetic as this plays through well with very good audio.

The album comes with its original E J DAY printed gatefold sleeve, designed by Hipgnosis which is in reasonably clean condition with no writing or splits etc but is showing some light ring wear.

The album comes complete with its original hard to find lyric inner sleeve which is reasonably clean but has started to split

I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips or nasty pops etc but there is some light crackle to be heard occasionally which may go with a good clean.

Not an easy LP to find as a first pressing these days.

 

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually and audibly is very good. It plays through well with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc. 

The SLEEVE, The gatefold sleeve printed by E J Day is in very good condition. It shows some light ring wear otherwise clean with no stickers splits or unwanted writing etc.  

The LABELS, The first issue Charisma scroll labels are clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.

The INNER, The original lyric inner is free from unwanted writing etc but has started to split and shows some light stains.

 

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
