LP GRADE :
Cover is a SOLID VG+ / VERY LOW EX/VG++ (seam wear/price sticker upper left corner/slight ring wear) 
Record is in HIGH EX/VG+ / LOW MINT MINUS Condition
(ultra extremely gloss with only the slightest faint paper scuffs.  Should play perfect!!)
COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL RCA VICTOR DUST JACKET INNER SLEEVE!!!
Labels are in EX/VG++ Condition 
(no spindle wear or marks/has "A" and "B" written faint on each side with a grease marker  (so faint you can not even see in the photo).  Should wear away.  Can be removed carefully by professional.)
Overall Grade : STRONG EX/VG++

MINT MINUS (opened and played with no wear and cover/label damage
EXCELLENT/VERY GOOD ++ (very slight needle wear/very slight scuffs/very slight scratches/very slight cover discoloration and  or seam wear).  Almost unseen and does not distract.
VERY GOOD + (slight needle wear/slight scuffs/slight scratches/slight cover discoloration and or seam wear).  Small seam splits starting.  Some slight ticks that don't take away from the listening experience.
VERY GOOD (needle wear/scuffs/scratches/cover discoloration and or seam wear). 
Plays with noticeable ticks but still enjoyable!!
GOOD (seam splits/writting on cover or label/strong scratches but very playable)
FAIR (OK LP only listed for playing value or replaceable cover/strong cover damage and worn/scratched LP)
POOR (I refuse to sell at this grade.  Trashed LP.  Only will list if value is over $500 to fill void in collection)
