WHY BUY VINYL RECORDS & NOT CD'sRemember! With vinyl you get the music as it was at the time of release. As the years roll by, popular tracks, are sometimes changed, altered, upgraded, or given newer arrangements and sounds. So what you get on rereleased CD's is not always the definitive original sound that made it so special at the time of release, but a newer and "so called" better and more modern sound. Sadly this often robs the music of its original magic.

The overall condition, of the Record, and Sleeve, and what the record means to you personally, is important in determining the value you put on the Record.

The Record and Sleeve cannot be described as pristine, but the tonal quality is excellent. The Sleeve is in quite good condition with no tears,but acceptable creasing, as befits a record that has'age and has been well played. The valuation put upon the Album by the "Record Collector - Rare Price Guide" is £45.00+, but that is without the Sleeve being autographed.
I have been an avid autograph collector since I was a child, and continued this hobby throughout my life, and later on as a musician was in the fortunate position to indulge myself, and enhance my collection. I had the good fortune to meet Gerry Marsden on quite a few occasions, and took the opportunity to ask him to autograph some of my music memorabilia. (Record Sleeves and Programmes) I am now at an age where I am slowly releasing autographed items so other people who appreciate them can enjoy. I have lots of autographed music memorabilia by various artistes, and groups including The Beatles, Bob Dylan etc., although I mainly deal in ordinary vinyl (however vinyl to me is anything, but ordinary) I will be slowly letting them go, over the next decade.
The beauty of this autographed Sleeve is that it is not personalised, just simply "Love Gerry". This is without doubt a highly collectable piece of music memorabilia.
