Description
Autographed LP of Leontyne Price singing arias from operas by Verdi and Puccini. Price, one of the most acclaimed 20th century operatic sopranos, was the first African American to be a leading prima donna at the Metropolitain Opera, and has won 19 Grammy awards, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and many other honors. Her roles in Puccini and Verdi operas were her most acclaimed, so this is quite the set of performances.
The autograph was made with black marker and was covered over with transparent tape to protect it.
