Description

This is a great AUTOGRAPHED copy of "A Message from Birdland," an album by Maynard Ferguson, on Roulette label (R 52027), signed by Maynard AND his drummer, Rufus Jones. From my research, Jones wasn't his drummer when this record was recorded, so it was probably taken to a later concert where it was signed by the two.
The record I have graded at EX...it has the typical very light surface scuffs, not affecting playback. The jacket I have graded at VG, due to some seam splits. However, the signatures are very nice. I don't have a certificate of authenticity, but I have very little doubt that the signatures are authentic. I found this album in a thrift store in Pismo Beach, California.
