Signed RCA Victor Leontyne Price LP LSC-2506.
The cover (signed by Leontyne Price, "To Nancy, All the best to you, Leontyne Price") does appear to be from the original 1961release.  The actual vinyl LP looks like a 1975 RCA reissue...
Vinyl is in  VERY GOOD condition, with a number of minor marks and scuffs. There is audible surface noise in spots, but nothing alarming, no loud pops or muddy sounding playback...tracks perfectly. AUTOGRAPHED cover sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, with faint wear at edges & corners, some mild discoloration.
