Description
Up for auction is a signed Doors album autographed by Jim Morrison himself. My father passed away almost a year ago and now my mother has asked me to sell some of his items. This is the last item I'll be selling out of his massive collection of 60-70's music memorbilia as there is nothing left. This record was bought on ebay around 4 years ago by my father and cost $428. This is extremely rare not only because of the autograph but as well do to the fact that this is a ORIGINAL ORANGE LABEL FIRST PRESSING FROM 1968! Finding an original pressing with no scratches and bumps like this one is very very rare. The record itself plays perfectly. Although as you can see via the pictures the cover isn't in mint condition. My father kept this in a plastic cover enclosed in a glass case to secure the signature which still looks perfect. The model number is EKS-74024. I'm not trying to get rich of my father items, I just want to make sure they will go somewhere that will be cherished as my father cherished them. That's why I'm starting the bidding off @ $69 with a reserve of $99 and a buy it now of $200. I offer FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING VIA UPS to winning bidder and I accept PAYPAL ONLY!!! like some of my other auctions I was offered $150 for each autograph from the local memorbilia store yet they just want a profit and don't see the true value that us fans can and it goes back to me wanting this in the right hands. If you have any questions what so ever please e-mail me, good luck!!! ALSO JUST TO GIVE YOU A HEADS UP, I'VE SOLE A FEW DOORS, JIMI, IRON BUTTERFLY, ETC 60-70'S MERCHANDISE ALL WITH A BUY IT NOW OF $200 AND EVERY AUCTION HAS GONE PAS THAT SO BUY IT NOW AND SAVE $$$$$$! WINNER OF THIS AUCTION WILL ALSO RECIEVE THE STRANGE DAYS RECORD, BY THE DOORS, WHICH IS ONCE AGAIN ORIGINAL PRESSING FROM 1967 IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH NO SCRATCHES OR BUMPS!
