Record:
NM+ = A+
Almost perfect, highest grade I use. No visible defects when inspected under electrical light.
NM = AA+
Near mint item. Record has been played, but handled with care. Very light signs of handling. Not sounding.
NM- = A/AA+
Vinyl is clean, but has light superficial surface marks, eventually few soft dust tics up and there.
VG++ = EX = A
More signs of wear, but still a great copy. Often used for early records..
VG+ = A-
more consistent noise or defects, or light scratches, no skip (see description)
VG = B+
same as EX, but more pronounced tics, scratches, rubs, etc. (only for very old or rare items)
Sleeve:
« nm » = aa+
close to new
« vg++» = a
well preserved cover, but signs of wear
« vg+ » = aa-
more pronounced defects, discoloration, slight delamination, partially split seams, writing, etc. (see item description)

used cover (see item description)
