Affinity Self Titled Debut Album Vertigo Records Hoyle Jazz Rock Vinyl

Hi, thanks for checking out my listing. Up for auction today we have the extremely rare self titled debut album by the group Affinity. This is an original first pressing UK release, on Vertigo Records. The Vertigo Catalog Number is 6360 004. Album grading:

Jacket- VG++ -The jacket is in great shape overall. When you hold and see it in person, it does not feel like the typical worn down 40-plus year old jacket. It still feels and looks fresh, vibrant, and sharp. The jacket does show light wear around outside edges, mainly the corners.  The covers are both very clean, showing light ring wear on the front and back. The back cover also has three light creases towards the bottom left corner. The spine is just as clean, showing again, only minor wear towards its bottom.  There are no tears, splits, or stains on the jacket.  Again, its in about as nice a condition as you may ever find for this particular album.

Inner Sleeve- G -Inner sleeve is the original Vertigo Records factory sleeve. Although the sleeve only shows light wear, at one time of another, it was exposed to water, causing the sleeve to become wavy. Although it is still quite usable and original, I would be personally inclined to find a suitable replacement Vertigo sleeve out there.

Vinyl; VG+ -Album plays nicely with no skipping or clicking. There are a few light marks on the surface of the vinyl, which do not effect play. It should be mentioned that there is some very light background noise (similar to what could be called white noise) audible from time to time (mainly in the quieter moments) as if the record had been played a few times with a dirty needle. It isn't constant, and is something most sellers wouldn't even mention; but I try to grade my products as harshly as possible.  Still, this is probably one of the nicest playing copies of this album you will ever find out there. Someone also wrote the letters "JF" on the label, as can be seen in the pictures.


All in all, this is a really nice copy of an extremely rare album.  You do not see these everyday, especially in this type of condition.  Own this one while you can.
