Description
If you are here, you probably already know about this record...if not, this is the extremely hard to find self-titled first vinyl release by Against Me! Put out by Baltimore's Crasshole Records and limited in release number to a mere 145 due to a mastering error, this is a true Against Me rarity up for auction! I love having this record around, but it is time to part ways with it.
This auction includes all the original stuff that came with the record including the 12 pg booklet containing lyrics/notes, the foldout poster, and the handscreened sleeve (see pictures)....all of which are in excellent condition. This is a 45 rpm 12" featuring the following 5 tracks: Haste Killed Creativity, I am Citizen, Walking is Still Honest, Rock and Roll Bullshit, All or Nothing.
I am the original owner of this record and can vouch for its history. It has seen very few plays...probably 5 or less, and has always been handled with care. Before listing this item, i cleaned and inspected the record as well as gave it a listen all the way through to make sure it has absolutely no skips or scratches that disrupt play!
Overall, this item is in great-to-excellent shape except for a slight cosmetic flaw in the form of a 3-4 cm SCUFF in one location on the "A" side of the record (see picture below). This in NOT a scratch, and rest assured it in no way causes the record to skip, pop, jump, crackle, etc....Purely aesthetic and non-harmful. It has been there ever since I bought it new from A.M. after a mind blowing show way back when and is not the result of poor record care.
As for shipping, I'll be sure to do a heck of a job packing this thing up so that it goes undamaged during it's transport to you via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation (i'll be sure to send you the tracking number). However, once it is in the hands of the USPS, anything that happens to it is beyond my control or liability (as usual on ebay).
So yeah, that is it. I've represented this to the best of my ability, and fully disclosed the overall condition of the item, but if you have any questions or want to see more pictures just let me know and I'll gladly send them your way ASAP!
Just to keep it simple, US bidders only. Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but will accept POSTAL money orders as well.
Good luck bidding on this great Against Me record!
