Vintage 10" two-sided picture disc / 78 RPM record with photo images on both sides of 1920s - 30s famed Evangelist - Aimee Semple McPherson (1890-1944).  Part One side depicts Amy with her Cathedral / Church ... text reads  - A Remembrance Record, The Foursquare Gospel, Ye Foursquare Bookshoppe  1100 Glendale Boulevard  Los Angeles, Calif.; produced by the National Voice Library  Hollywood, Calif..  Part Two side depicts large close-up photo of Aimee clutching her Prayer Book (this side has 2 minor flakes at edge) ... similar text to side One.  My photo of this side is deceiving in that it catches a glare at her upper left side (on hair & one eye), there is no imperfection ... just camera lighting glare.  Record appears to be made of cardboard, peach color, groves on both sides.  I'm not a record grading expert but would call thiss at least VGC+.  No record sleeve.  Have owned this in my collection for 40+  years, fresh to the market.
