Hodges* 3:12CONDITION EXTRA ### HARD TO FIND AUSTRALIAN FIRST PRESSING from one of the best singers of all time!!! ### The Vinyl Record is described as between Excellent to Near Mint in condition. Very few signs of play with only a few barely visible hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. Plays with below average background. Only a couple of spindle marks on each label. The Cover is described as Very Good. A 3cm seam split to the middle of the top edge & a 1cm split to the top right edge. The bottom edge has some old sticker residue from being previously taped. Paper loss/separation along the top/bottom edges. Some ring wear & scuffing on the surfaces. Small areas of paper loss here and there. Fine cracks & paper loss along the spine. General wear to all corners/edges. Please see attached photos & message me Henry Butler with any queries......
