With obi and Japanese insert.
DISC: near-mint (play graded. Nice and glossy, no marks; almost no spindle trails on the labels.)
COVER: EX (no wear, nice stiff cover, just a few tiny brownish spots on the back cover)
OBI: no wear but has faint staining on the top edge.
INSERT: no wear, clean
