Description
Artist/Band: ALICE COOPER
Album Title: Killer
Format: Stereo LP
TRACK LIST:
Side One: Under My Wheels; Be My Lover; Halo Of Flies; Desperado
Side Two: You Drive Me Nervous; Yeah, Yeah, Yeah; Dead Babies; Killer
Label/Catalogue No: Warner Bros. K 56005
Country of Manufacture: England
Year of Release: 1972
Matrix/Stamper No.s: K 56005 A1 / K 56005 B1
Cover: Non-laminated gatefold cover, complete with the attached calendar. No ringwear, no corner-wear, no edgewear and no seam splits. The opening edge is perfectly straight with no signs of feathering and the spine is perfectly square with all text perfectly clear and legible. The only minor flaw preventing me from giving this cover a near-mint grade is a small (3cm) perforation pull where the calendar is attached to the cover. Strictly graded as EX+
Inner Sleeve: Original white paper sleeve with “PATENT No. 1,125,555” and “MADE IN ENGLAND” text in blue ink. A few light handling creases, but no tears, writing or seam splits.
Labels: Original green Warner Bros. labels with a few light spindle trails on side two; none visible on side one.
Vinyl: Side one looks near-mint under normal lighting. There is a small graze on side two, but this does not affect playback in any way whatsoever. Under a halogen light, I see a few wispy sleeve-removal marks that, again, do not affect playback. Plays near-mint throughout; no pops, ticks or skips; just clear distortion-free sound.
Additional Info: All of the vinyl that I am selling is from my personal collection, and has been cleaned on a VPI HW 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine. After cleaning, I keep all of my records in ‘Mobile Fidelity’ rice paper inner sleeves and store them with the records outside of the covers.
