This auction is for 3 versions of Alice Cooper's first lp.
Record 1
Straight Records original first issue (orange label USA stereo). This is the very first edition, before the white label was placed on the cover to censor any objectionable artwork. Gatefold cover is VG+ with edgewear and some slight ringwear. Original inner sleeve in EX condition. Vinyl retains all of its original luster and a few light surface marks EX condition.
Record 2
Straight records original white label promo. Gatefold sleeve is the same as the regular first edition issue, it just has a Promotion sticker. Sleeve is VG to VG-, edgewear and ringwear are visible along with a 2 inch seam split on top-right corner and a bulge split on the bottom middle. None of seam splits can be seenwhen viewing the jacket from the front though. Record is VG, has great luster, but many small marks from being removed repeatedly from the dust jacket.
