Condition Description & Other Information ## OK, here goes: "I don't think that I'm exaggerating when I refer to this, as one of the rarest copies of School Days/Easy Action in the world today. In fact, I'll double down & say that it is the rarest copy in the world. The only Promo known to exist was created in Germany.  Now, this Lebanese Promotional copy of "School Days - Easy Action" is on another level altogether, & is not even known to exist. Let me repeat, there is no record (excuse the pun) of this Lebanese Promo anywhere!!! ## Background to Lebanese Promos as well as ORIGINAL OWNER INFORMATION!!  "For those uninitiated with my eBay listings, these Promos & Test Pressings that I have been selling bit by bit, are part of the private collection, of the once Head of A&R Vinyl imports for all of Lebanon, between the years 1966 through to 1974. He is known to me only as EJ, & his amazing life story was recounted to me in great detail by his beloved daughter a few years after his death. She was looking for an expert with the patience & time to find the most appropriate homes and destinations, for what she knew to be extremely rare, if not unique vinyl, which her father had taken so much trouble to keep safe, through all of that awful war in Lebanon during the late 1960's & 1970's.... & who would eventually, bring his family as well treasured Vinyl  Collection, safely out Lebanon & into Australia in 1978.  He kept them very close, even in Australia, until his death, which is when his daughter's & my paths crossed each other!! I have recently sold here on eBay his Led Zeppelin 'Houses of the Holy' Test Pressing, to one of the foremost Led Zeppelin collectors in the world, as well as his 'Led Zeppelin III' Black Label, which was purchased by a wonderful gentleman in Adelaide, Australia, who is currently having it professionally framed for display. So, I feel certain that EJ's daughter can sleep real well knowing that her father's work within the Lebanese Music Industry, is today adding valuable information to the history of Rock, whilst also providing untold happiness to many lucky individuals who now own these treasures worldwide!!  Update: The recent sale of 'Exile On Main Street' Lebanon Promo went extremely well and it is now prominently displayed prominently in arguably America's No.1 Rolling Stones Collectors Display.  Also, latest update regarding the sale of "Love It To Death" & "Killers" Lebanese Promos... I can confirm both LP's sit very  prominently amongst other rare Alice Cooper Promos, and within a very specialist collection of Alice Cooper Promos & Test Pressings in England.
Condition Description & Other Information With regards to Covers for these Lebanese Promos, most of the Lebanese Promos issued between 1968 & 1974 either used foreign covers, or just Generic Covers. There were no working fabrication plants at that time, capable of producing the necessary elements needed for mass production of Vinyl Covers, Inners etc.... There is a whole section in Discogs devoted to this subject, if you are interested in reading more!  Now School Days came with 2 albums upon release to the world. However most double album Promos, that are contained in EJ's collection have only one album as is the case here... EJ's daughter explained, in exactly the same way as Covers were hard to fabricate during the Lebanon War due to the scarcity of resources during 1968 to 1974, double albums were issued to EJ's A&R Dept. with only one of the two in most instances, not all, but most!!  Condition Description & Other Information The Vinyl for 'Easy Action' (Not for Pretties For You) is described as EX/NM & played to Near Mint during its play-test, below average background & no skips or stops.... Side 1 Track 2 has several barely feelable buffs which cause a total of 3 or 4 clicks... of no real consequence!! Very few signs of play. No spindle marks to either label. There are a few fine hairlines & sleeve marks to both sides of the record. The Vinyl has retained nearly all of its rich waxy lustre. The Cover is Generic and has EJ's hand written notes... at one point it contained America's "Homecoming" album but that was removed for Alice Cooper. (I have that Homecoming Lebanese Promo... EJ just placed it in a paper protective sleeve) Please see all attached photos...
