Alice in Chains - Facelift - White Label Promo vinyl in We Die Young sleeve with sticker cat# CAS 2192 (Jacket Cat# CAS 2095). 

USA promo-only -Alice In Chains - Facelift was sent out housed in a sleeve for the 12" single of We Die Young with a sticker on the front that stated "Contains Facelift, the Debut Album By Alice In Chains". White promo labels stating "Demonstration only - Not For Sale." This is an official release from Columbia. I've had this since 2011. 

LP has been play tested and sounds great. No skips or surface noise. The sleeve is in great condition, however the "CONTAINS THE ALBUM FACELIFT" sticker has fallen off the front of the jacket. it is included. 

Ships via USPS with signature confirmation in a whiplash mailer.
