From personal collection. **Double LP version with all 11 tracks!** Yes, it includes Suicide Note. 1 (awesome track), where the single LP version cuts it out (and shortens an intro in another song, if I remember correctly). This is the version you want if you love this album! Still factory sealed. *NOTE: Corner bump (see pic) and some little "pinholes" in shrinkwrap from the machining process of putting it on, it appears, since they are all uniform . . . found in a few sections . . . I took a close up to see (see pic). Has slight self-wear on edges. I will provide a new outer poly sleeve for the jacket to help protect everything better for you. Vinyl presumed mint. (I don't know the color of the vinyl, but I assume it is black.) Please see pics for cover condition and track listing. Will ship in record mailer for maximum protection.
