All About Eve - D For Desire (1EDEN)

This is an original early 2-track 12" pressing (1985), which comes with original sleeve.  This is a 1st pressing of the band's first ever release, which is now very rare.
Please see photos for tracklisting. 
I have owned this record from new, and it has been carefully kept in clean dry storage. I am selling as I no longer play vinyls (and need to declutter!).

The vinyl has only been played a few times and both vinyl and sleeve are in excellent condition.  
However, there is a tiny split in the sleeve due to 35 years of shelf wear, and a small speck in the run-out grooves, which does not affect the sound quality in any way (please see photos).
The item will be despatched in a protective mailer by 2nd class tracked post.
