Description
ALVARIUS B. UNTITLED DOUBLE LP
Rare 1998 solo release (the second) from Sun City Girls member Alan Bishop, issued via the band’s own Abduction label, catalogue number ABDT-011. Long out of print and, like his first solo release, never released in any other format. The inside of the gatefold cover contains the twisted lyrics to all 39 tracks, which Bishop “sings†(annoyingly at times, sounding to these ears like Dale from King of the Hill) over acoustic guitar. A small number of tracks were later reworked and released on Sun City Girls CDs.Please view my other auctions for other ambient, experimental, avant-garde, free jazz, etc. All items won by the same bidder during this auction cycle are consolidated into one package (unless it is impractical or unsafe to do so), and the average shipping cost per item almost always declines.
If you have any questions regarding the item itself or the terms of sale outlined below, please contact me through eBay's "ask seller a question" link. Please do so at least two days before auction-end, so that I have enough time to respond.

ALL BIDDERS:
- Payment details will be sent through eBay within 72 hours of auction-end (usually much faster). Feel free to contact me if you have not heard from me within that time frame. E-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on file with eBay.

U.S. BIDDERS:
- Payment may be made via PayPal, money order or cash (sent at your own risk, and not recommended). No personal checks, no exceptions! If you use PayPal, and you have won more than one item, please wait until I provide you with a grand total, and then make one consolidated payment. Otherwise you will not receive a shipping discount.
- Winner pays $5.25 for media mail or an amount to be determined (based upon shipping distance from zip code 105XX or 106XX) for priority mail. The priority mail charge will range from $7.25 to $9.25. These charges include materials, handling and mandatory delivery confirmation.
- Insurance is $1.35 for up to $50 of coverage, $2.30 for up to $100, and an additional $1.05 for each $100 of coverage thereafter. These are the exact rates charged by the USPS. Insurance is available at the option and expense of the winner. If you choose not to insure your package, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. I package my records carefully and with lots of protection.
NON-U.S. BIDDERS:
- Payment may be made via PayPal or cash (sent at your own risk, and not recommended). No cheques and no international money orders of any kind, from any source! - Winner pays $9.00 for airmail to Canada, $16.00 to Europe, and $17.50 to Asia and the Pacific Rim. All items are sent by uninsured letter post. Surface mail rates: $8.50 to Canada, $9.25 to Europe, and $9.50 to Asia and the Pacific Rim. All items are sent by uninsured letter post. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages if you don't insure or register your package (see below). I package my records carefully and with lots of protection.
- Unfortunately, the USPS’ fees for registered and insured mail for international shipments seem to be much higher than in other countries. The use of registered or insured mail also increases your exposure to customs duties. Still, if you’re interested in either one, please notify me and I will provide a quote, which will be whatever the USPS charges.
Thanks for your interest, and best of luck should you elect to bid.
