WOW......How rare is this sucker!!! Super home made LP that was appaerntly made to raise money for the local "Colbert Rescue Squad". My guess is that this is from between 1964 and 1966 and is from the southern part of the country(Florida, Alabama, ??) Released on the Kustom Keepsake Recordings label(#KK-101)and is titled "Scattered Raindrops". Various artists do songs, both teen pop and rock, with the theme of almost every song being dying, death and grief!!! The Jades do "Artificial Heart" and "Sometimes I Cry", Terry Knight(no not THAT Terry Knight) does "If I Couldn't Cry" and "Have You Ever", The Conquistadors do "Ambulance Coming" Le Petite Trio does "I Cried Last Nite", "Johnny & Jerry do "Scattered Raindrops"(A KILLER guitar surf tune) Joe Vandiver does "Teenage Love" and Ann Landers(no not THAT Ann Landers) does "Coming Home" and there's more.Front cover is pasted on by hand and back is blank. Cover is VG with very light age wear and Vinyl is VG+.
