Ambrose Slade - Ballzy (Beginnings) original USA press

Rare original USA press of Ballzy by Ambrose Slade - Fontana SRF 67598. This is the USA version of the legendary 'Beginnings'. The same 12 tracks but with a slight variation of spelling on the final track.

Side 1 - Genesis / Everybody's Next One / Knocking Nails Into My House / Roach Daddy / Ain't Got No Heart / Pity The Mother

Side 2 - Mad Dog Cole / Fly Me High / If This World Were Mine / Martha My Dear / Born To Be Wild / Journey To The Center Of Your Mind.

Sleeve good++ - my fault with storage as there is a tear along top seam but sleeve nice and clean for age. Vinyl is very good condition - probably better than that.

More reasonable cost alternative to the highly sought after Beginnings but highy collectable nonetheless. Fellow ebayers and Slade fans - be careful - so many sellers trying to pass cheap re-presses of Beginnings as originals. The original had a LAMINATED sleeve. 2 people paid big money for cheap re-issues recently due to misleading and flowered up listings. 

POSTAGE COSTS

I will only show the cost in my listing for postage to Ireland / UK / Europe - bidders outside of those areas should contact me BEFORE bidding. Postage from Ireland is very expensive ( 2-3 times dearer than in UK ). To areas such as USA / Japan / Australia etc  heavier packages can be very expensive and insurance may not be available but do contact me and I can let you know costs.

Combined post always offered where you buy more than one item at a time. The minimum cost for a 7" record is €2.50 within Ireland / €3.50 UK & Europe.

Each additional 7" record posted will work out roughly at €1.00 extra - however where say more than 5 are bought then this will reduce again to roughly 75 cents per additional item. ( note 12" singles & LP's will work out a lot more expensive - hence why I don't list too many! ) I don't mind waiting for payment where you have bids on other items - just let me know what's happening.

PAYMENT

Paypal would be my preferred method of payment however there are other ways to pay for goods. For Irish & UK winners I can accept postal orders ( UK winners will need to contact me to obtain winning cost in Sterling ). Sorry but I can not accept personal cheques / drafts / money orders from anywhere due to bank fees and security aspects.  

IBAN BIC transfers can be accepted and these are a very fast and safe way for buyer & sellers.

DELIVERY

It is my intention to post goods out within 3 working days of receipt of payment - usually quicker. If there is a delay likely due to my being away or sick I will let winners know. Do please bear in mind that if payment made by paypal echeque it can take almost two weeks for these to clear to me so goods will not be posted out until paypal authorise me. Also please note there is no incoming or outgoing post in Ireland at weekends.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND YOUR RECEIVING THEM

I will not flower up goods to enhance final sale prices. My main point of reference is Rare Record Price Guide for music and buyers should familiarise themselves with the gradings system they operate and that I show in my listings. There is no point in buying a record quoted as being in 'Good' condition if you are expecting something that is Excellent or Mint condition. If you have a query about conditions ask me before you bid and if you have a problem after purchase please contact me. I will usually play most records I sell and if I don't I will give a visual grading which will be fair.

I will always leave a positive feedback for you on your payment for goods and please do check this as I usually confirm that goods have been posted to you. If items bought are not paid for I will always after 10 days raise an unpaid item dispute with the non - payer and will give unpaid item strikes through ebay and bar them from my auctions.

Sadly I can not accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by the world's post offices. Unless insurance has been paid for by buyers ( at their request and cost ) I can only provide proof of posting and confirmation that goods issued were not damaged when they left my possession.
