A superb, lovingly restored reissue of Ambrose Slade’s Ballzy — the earliest incarnation of Slade before they broke through internationally. Originally released only in the USA, this cult album is previously unreleased outside the States, making this BMG edition a must-have for Slade collectors and 60s/70s UK rock completists.
Pressed on striking transparent turquoise vinyl, the album includes early material and covers that showcase the band’s raw energy prior to their glam-rock era. A brilliant historical piece and an essential part of the Slade story.
