Details and pricing for this item are based on information in the reference book  Jerry Osborne's Rockin Records. If you have any questions, Please contact me.  I go the extra mile to provide deadwax information because I want to make sure the item I'm selling is the Exact item you want. ----------------- From 1955 Detroit, "Mr. Rhythm"  Andre Williams with The Don Juans on Fortune Records #824, original pressing with  #144 etched in the deadwax  (run-off groove) on both sides. 
"Going Down To Tia Juana"  is play-graded VG+.  It grades Excellent with no intrusive surface noise for most of the song, but increased hiss and noise in the final 10-15 seconds is noticeable enough to bring it down to VG+. There are scuffs but no feel-able scratches on this side. Deadwax is etched with a Triangle symbol followed by the number 6762, and also 45-824-F39.
"Pulling Time" play-grades VG overall. Most of the song plays VG+ with minor surface noise mostly underneath the music. But it has a light feel-able scratch over the final one-third of the song which causes some noticeable surface noise that intrudes somewhat on the listening experience; therefore, VG. Deadwax is etched with a Triangle symbol followed 6760  plus the numbers 45-824-F38.
The label on the Tia Juana side is clean and grades Excellent. The Pulling Time side's label has a small surface tear and grades VG.
