Description

Black Fire is a studio album by American jazz pianist and composer Andrew Hill, released on Blue Note Records in 1964. It was Hill's debut for the label. The band consists of tenor saxophonist Joe Henderson, drummer Roy Haynes, and bassist Richard Davis. This is considered one of Hill’s very best albums, and a must own for Joe Henderson fans.
The is the Tone poet pressing on thick 180g vinyl and a beautiful gatefold sleeve. Listened to a few times and stored properly, it’s still in excellent shape. Inner vinyl sleeve, and hype sticker on the outer plastic included, though the outer plastic wrap has wrinkles, tape, tear.
