Description
The title of this LP is "Great Big Yam Potatoes". It is subtitled "Anglo-American Fiddle Music From Mississippi". It was released on the Mississippi Department of Archives and History label, AH-002, and comes with a 16 page booklet with information and pictures. The songs were all recorded by Herbert Halpert and Abbott Ferriss in 1939 on a joint project of the WPA and the Library of Congress. The musicians and songs are- W. E.
