Description
Here for auction: Ansermet conductiing Bizet: SXL 2037 ED1 "original recording by" label's.Cover laminated on front only. 3E/2E matrix.
I have checked many parts of both sides of the disc for sound quality, and hope this gives a fair representation of the disc's quality in the description below.
Vinyl is in near EX condition. Looks pretty clean but up close there are some hairline type marks which look as though they could produce some tics. However when testing the disc I heard not much in the way of repetetive tics at all. And I can certainly say the sound quality was really very clear and without distortion...The one fault was there is some crackle at times in places. It was more noticeable on one or two tracks on side two.Side one seemed pretty quiet on the whole. This crackle is not that bad though (on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say about a five) and is mainly only heard in some of the quieter passages and is not there all the time but in parts only.
Cover is EX condition. Fairly clean but with a little general wear.
Label's. EX Have spindle marks but not that many.Otherwise free of marks or blemishes.
Original FFSS inner sleeve is EX.
