Happy Tiger Records, Inc.
Short-lived (1969 - 1971) record company backed by air cargo carrier Flying Tiger Lines, based in Los Angeles. Initially distributed by ERA Records, Happy Tiger switched distribution to Ampex Records in July, 1971. President was producer Robert Reiter; Vice President was composer/arranger Don Peake. The company was under-funded and was in receivership by early 1972; some masters were sold to Warner Bros. Records after cessation of operations.
