Apple STCX 3385 Original 1971 George Harrison THE CONCERT FOR BANGLA DESH (3) Records VGC

This is the Original THE CONCERT FOR BANGLA DESH Live Triple Album produced by George Harrison and Phil Spector in 1971. The former owner who purchased the Set at the time of its release was clearly a tad over-excited when he made all his identifying notations - it's understandable we guess, as it was, after all, the first-ever benefit concert of its magnitude...and one of the most coveted "must buy" albums of the year.

The Set was released in December of 1971; however, 1972 is written on pretty much everything. We were around at that time and know the album sold out quickly at record stores, so it may have taken a few weeks (January 1972) before he was able to actually acquire it...we're guessing of course...

Lastly, all Three (3) Records exhibit only light signs of pre-owned use, having been well cared for and properly stored (thus they remain flat, clean, and skip-free). The only true defect is found on joining pages 35-36 of the Illustrated Book where a small section at the bottom corner had been purposely cut out for some reason (see red circled pic).

Please carefully review the pics. If you have any questions, please direct us on how we can best identify the answer you're looking for (prior to bidding) so that you're completely satisfied with your evaluation, as this nostalgic Three (3) LP Record Album Box Set is being sold in "as is" vintage condition.

It is requested that payment be made within 3 business days (M-F) at the end of the auction. Please contact us if you are not able to meet this guideline.

Please Note: The current eBay policy is that a seller is no longer allowed to "require" insurance for any item. However, we do purchase shipping insurance for ALL international sales, and that cost has been included in your calculated total.

Our commitment to you is to ship within one (1) business day (M-F) upon payment confirmation receipt; however, depending on circumstances, it may take up to 3-5 days. If you need it shipped sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Whenever possible, WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING; however, certain items cannot be packaged together - so if in doubt, please contact us before checkout and we will let you know. Thanks.

Most of our items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. We will take as many pictures as you need to ensure you are pleased upon receiving your item.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the listing, so please make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction before you purchase. Thank You.

Although our first love is antiques, we do offer many non-vintage items such as genuine art and unique collectibles. As private collectors ourselves, we are constantly on the lookout for historical oddities, authentic artwork, or anything unique and/or eclectic.

If you are looking for the unusual but can't find it, feel free to contact us - as we probably have it and would be willing to sell so we can make room in our home to display some new treasure!

If you have any questions or would like some additional photos, we will do what we can to give you as many details as needed to help you make your decision. Feel free to e-mail us through eBay.
