'NEIGHBORHOOD #1 (TUNNELS)'
B-side is My Buddy (by Alvino Rey)

Rare, debut 7" single released in 2004 and limited to just 1,500 copies. Released on Merge Records in the US/Canada Catalogue number MRG-253.

This record was played once by the original owner and then once by me to test listen and is in mint condition (by Record Collector grading system guidance).

The sleeve has one very slight semi circular crease on it at the bottom in the middle about an inch or so long. You can barely see it - in fact my wife struggled to catch the light on it for photo number 2. I would rate the sleeve as Excellent - Very Good+ but only because of the crease the rest is near perfect i.e. no wear, markings or anything else.

The 7" is housed in a beautifully ornate tri-form foldout card cover in a plastic sleeve.

Really the crown jewels of any Arcade Fire collection. Copies come up very rarely, and rarely in such great condition.
