"NY USA" labels and "Van Gelder" in the run outs both sides. "P" aka "The Ear" in the runouts. Deep groove on side 1. "43 West 61st., New York 23" address on back cover.
Record looks VG+ and plays VG++ with light to moderate surface noise well below the level of the music but no heavy or repetitive scratches. There's light superficial scuffs on both sides. Grooves show graying and record plays with light to moderate wear type surface noise. The music on the record is very loud and the noise is not intrusive.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear with ring wear at the top and bottom. The back cover has light to moderate wear. Top seam is split app. 1 inch at the pocket. Bottom seam and spine intact. Heavy wear on the bottom and top seams. A few small chip of slick missing from top seam. Spine is readable. Some heavy wear spots and denting at the corners.

My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
