Lot Includes 5 60's Blue Notes:
Blue Note, BLP 4054, Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, "meet you at the jazz corner of the world: volume 1" Original 1960 1st pressing, Mono, DG, RVG and "ear" in dead wax, 47 West 63rd NYC label. Vinyl = easily grades VG+ nice and shiny with some very mild and light scuffing only visible under high light that does not at all effect play. Sleeve = VG clean with splits on spine repaired with tape by previous owner.

Vinyl = easily grades VG+ almost NM, nice and shiny with one small scuff only visible under high light that does not at all effect play. Sleeve = VG to VG+ very clean with one two inch split in top spine and one 1/2 inch split on bottom spine, "review copy" stamped in ink on back, initials "JFM" written in small letters on front.
Blue Note, BST 84245, Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, "Like Someone in Love" Original 1966 1st pressing, Stereo, DG, VAN GELDER in dead wax, A Division of Liberty label. Vinyl = VG+ nice and shiny with minimal to no scuffing, slight discoloration on label B side, plays wonderfully. Sleeve VG to VG+ beginnings of a split on bottom spine. Includes original inner sleeve "27 Years Blue Note 1939-1966" with 43 West 61st St. address also VG+.
Blue Note, BST 84104, Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, "Buhaina's Delight" Original 1962 1st pressing, Stereo, DG, VAN GELDER in dead wax, New York USA label. Vinyl = NM superb no visible or audible flaws. Sleeve = VG+ almost NM very clean with no splits, only the slightest sign of age at the corners.
Blue Note, BST 84193, Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, "Indestructible!" Original 1966 1st pressing, Stereo, DG, VAN GELDER in dead wax, New York USA label. Vinyl = easily grades VG+ with only one visible scuff mark that does not effect play. Sleeve = VG full split on top spine, some tape on bottom spine, otherwise nice and clean.

All records have been carefully cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine, treated with a light coating of Last Record Preservative, and played only on properly set-up and maintained high end equipment (Basis 1400 turntable/Vector Arm/Benz Ace Cartridge)
