BLUE NOTE 1555 - ART BLAKEY ORGY IN RHYTHM VOLUME TWO. MONO.
Simply the finest copy I have come across in over 20 years. Complete original pressing, with RVG and ear in the trail-off, 47 West 63rd New York address. Vinyl grades NM with NO VISIBLE MARKS and so does the jacket, tight seams all around, no mouth or edge dings, no ring wear and only a few age spots and VERY slight rounding of the corners.
NOW FOR THE SOUND...all I can say is wow...I know some people swear by the HOT STAMPER theory and I have always had my doubts but this record JUMPS out of the speakers with punchy fidelity and no noise other than what was meant to be heard.
Also, I have not cleaned this record but I do have a VPI record vacuum and will clean it on request.
Foreign buyers...I will ship anywhere but I emphatically suggest you purchase insurance for this record if you are the winner. I cannot and will not be responsible for it after it leaves my careful jazz-loving hands. You have been advised!!!
