Description
Art Blakey f/ Hank Mobley "The Jazz Messengers at the Cafe Bohemia, Volume 1" on Blue Note BLP-1507. (Blakeys 1st 12" Blue Note LP) Also f/ Horace Silver, Kenny Dorham and Doug Watkins. A VERY RARE BLUE NOTE PRESSING with the 47 W 63rd address on on BOTH labels. Has the RVG and Ear in the dead wax. Also has the registry mark on the label. DEEP GROOVE ON BOTH SIDES! Cover is VG+ with repairs (glue) on all three seams (still solid). The vinyl is VG+ with a few minor scratches on both sides, as well as a little loss of luster. PLAYS GREAT! THIS IS RARE BLUE NOTE LP! Books at $200 in NM condition!
