Yes, this is the band that spawned Sleep, Om, High On Fire, Noothgrush, et al.
Self released by the band(Asbestos Records #00100)
Extremely rare!!!
Don't know how many of these were ever made, but I can tell you that I've been looking for this record off and on since it wad released in 1990
This is the ONLY copy I personally have ever seen of this release, in a record store or on eBay since 1990!!
Extremely hard to find!!

Not a single scratch on the vinyl!
Some signs of wear on the cover , especially due to the fact that the cover is too tall for the plastic record sleeve this came in and has been folded/rolled back a bit
