Description

 

I specialize in lost, atmospheric, and hypnotic 45s. Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of cool soul, popcorn, Latin, rockabilly, garage, R&B, country, surf, blues, funk, psychedelic, sunshine pop, mod, lounge, exotica, heavy rock, gospel, swamp pop, Tejano, townie rock, song poem, punk, and oddball instrumental 45 obscurities up for grabs. In addition to a small batch of Greek 45s, I've also listed some really fantastic and scarce garage band 45s from Texas this week.

Deep Latin popcorn moodiness with an edge-of-town atmosphere for some future Twin Peaks reboot. The lounge croon and cheap string arrangements on flip "I Know (You Don't Love Me Anymore)" are, if more typical, also cool in a curiously ambient way. Magic from the south Texas borderlands, circa '64.
