Record VG- ~ Vinyl has quite a few markings on each side, which will definitely result in there being some surface noise upon playback.
Sleeve is VG ~ The sleeve has some ring wear across each side, there is some cover wear on each side as well, the corners have slight dings/minimal tearing, the edges are slightly worn with a very small, roughly .25" split on the bottom seam near the center where the record makes contact with the sleeve. (see photos)
