This record was purchased in a collection owned by a very fastidious audiophile, a very serious collector who never ever played this record, it was just for investment. It is in Excellent condition.
Official Grading: The record has been played through both sides and there is not a pop, crackle or hiss right through, it plays perfectly.
Visual" The visual grading of the record is Excellent, it has a couple of fine surface hairlines here and there that can only be seen under artificial light when looking at the record on an angle, nothing that affects play.
The label on the "Wanna Be Ya Baby" side  is bright, clean and pristine, (see photos). The label on the "Sweet Boredom" side had a scratch on it that has been filled in with black biro.
Please note that my photos form part of the description.

This first Australian issue was a very limited and short pressing. Highly sought after and very rare in this condition.
