• This is a 2002 reissue of the band’s debut studio album.
• The yellow label with the cartoon-style band drawing and the Frizzle Fry flask logo is consistent with this specific pressing.
• Matrix/Runout (from image): Not fully visible, but label confirms it’s PSR-0016-1.
• The original 1990 pressing was on Caroline Records. This 2002 pressing was independently released by the band under their own label, making it a collectible among fans due to its more limited distribution.
Autographs:
• The cover is signed by at least two members. Based on signature styling and placement:
• The signature on the top left likely belongs to Les Claypool, frontman and bassist. His autograph often starts with an exaggerated “L” and loops into a “C.”
• The signature on the bottom right appears to be Larry LaLonde (guitarist), based on known signature comparisons, with a flowing “L” and “L” loop.
• Tim Alexander (drummer) may not have signed this copy, as there is no third autograph visible.
Note: Autographed copies of Frizzle Fry are highly sought-after, especially when signed.
Condition Assessment:
