The photos in this listing are of the actual item that I am selling. 
I have no provenance on this, but, I purchased this in Colorado Springs, and Johnny Smith had a music shop here in town for many, many years.  He died here in the Springs in 2013. So, I have little doubt that this is an authentic autograph.  
This will be shipped insured as I cannot replace it if damaged or lost.
